How does it work?
Our solution is an electronic clipboard-like computer that replaces paper forms and files. Adjusters simply write on the screen, completing digitized versions of their paper forms and taking notes in their own handwriting! These forms are automatically synchronized with the main database eliminating the need to re-enter any information into the computer when returning to the office. Also, a video/still camera and GPS Tracking unit are integrated into the device (pictured above).

Going beyond text and forms, the device attaches the video, still pictures and audio recordings taken in the field to the written forms and bundles everything into one record. It then transmits the record to the central computer database using wired or wireless connectivity. To further cut costs, the electronic clipboard converts to a fully functioning computer for the office with all the traditional office applications such as e-mail, word processing, etc.
